Welcome to FoamLux (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.foamlux.ae) and the FoamLux mobile application (the “App”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Services
FoamLux provides professional car wash and detailing services at customer-specified locations via our website or mobile app. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
3. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices are displayed in AED and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments can be made online through secure gateways or cash on delivery (where available).
- In case of online payment failure, bookings may be automatically cancelled.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 2 hours before service time.
- If our team cannot reach your location due to access issues, you may be charged a service fee.
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–7 working days.
5. Service Limitations
- FoamLux provides car washing and detailing services only; mechanical or repair work is not included.
- Customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible and in a safe location.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damages, scratches, or defects on the vehicle.
6. User Responsibilities
By using FoamLux services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking.
- Ensure safe access for our team.
- Avoid misuse of the app, website, or brand identity.
- Not use our services for illegal purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
All website and app content—including logos, text, designs, and graphics—are the exclusive property of FoamLux and are protected under UAE intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
FoamLux is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Service delays due to weather, traffic, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
- Damages caused by misuse of cleaning materials by unauthorized personnel.
Our total liability, if proven, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access if you violate any of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
